Research Interests
  • Remote sensing of the atmosphere: optical instruments, instrument calibration and tests, mission operation planning, retrieval algorithms, and simulations of the observing system
  • Data processing and analysis: data visualization, data validation, and data application to atmospheric dynamical and chemical problems (troposphere and stratosphere)
  • Project related work: design and build public/internal websites to promote project goals, observation strategies, information sharing, and data usage

TES Icon TES
TES (Tropospheric Emission Spectrometer) is one of four science instruments aboard NASA's Aura satellite, which was launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California on July 15, 2004.
