GRACE-Tellus

The GRACE twin satellites, launched in March 2002, are making detailed measurements of Earth's gravity field. These data are revolutionizing investigations about Earth's water reservoirs, over land, over oceans, and over ice.

GRACE is a collaboration of the US and German space agencies (NASA and DLR). The key partners are the University of Texas Center for Space Research, Geofrschungzentrum Potsdam, and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

GRACE TELLUS provides user-friendly data grids, with most corrections applied, to analyze changes in the mass of the Earth's hydrologic components. We do so by using GRACE mission data alone or in combination with other data sources to generate monthly gridded products.
