High Resolution Infrared Spectroscopy on Earth and Planetary (https://scienceandtechnology.jpl.nasa.gov/spectroscopy), including characterization of (a) spectroscopic line parameters for atmospheric trace species, (b) cross sections for hydrocarbons and nitriles at cold temperatures, and (c) collisional line mixing effect and collisional induced absorption through laboratory experiment and model calculations.
  2. Precision modeling of telluric absorption features toward Extreme Precision Radial Velocity (EPRV) measurements.
  3. Atmospheric remote sensing of trace gases using a MK-IV (ground-based and air-borne FT-IR)
  4. Mass spectrum analysis for isotopic abundance characterization
