Nathan Carlson
Biography
My name is Nathan Carlson, I am a NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellow at JPL. My research focusses on the formation and evolution of cosmic structure, which I model using computer simulations of observations of the sky. I am particularly interested in learning what our observations of the sky can tell us about fundamental physics in the early universe.
Education
I received my PhD in physics from the University of Toronto in 2026 where I was part of the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics. I received my BSc in physics from the University of Ottawa in 2019.
