Ten MilliArcsecond (TMAS - "Thomas") is a simple visible-light imager system to enable high-angular-resolution science with PALM-3000. It has proven that adaptive optics in the visible for large telescopes is possible and as an example, TMAS has provided the sharpest image from Earth distance (see Ganymede image).TMAS has received a JPL award within the Innovative Spontaneous Concepts (ISC).
