Biography

Heath Rhoades is the Astronomy Team Lead at JPL's Table Mountain Observatory. His interests are in technology development and deployment for a variety of NASA funded projects. Currently the observatory focus is on Near Earth Asteroid observations and Exoplanet transit observations for NASA’s Exoplanet Watch program supporting a number of upcoming small spacecraft mission targets with ground observations. Most recently the development focus has been on design, fabrication and deployment of automated mobile telescope arrays.
