Biography

Kyriaki Drymoni is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Global Fellow based at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany and currently a Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), California Institute of Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from Royal Holloway, University of London. Prior to her current role, she completed postdoctoral training at the University of Milan-Bicocca in Italy and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany. Additionally, she undertook a research visit at the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO). Her research focuses on advancing our understanding of magma propagation pathways, specifically investigating the thermo-chemico-mechanical conditions that influence dyke propagation and magma transport within the heterogeneous crust.
