Pasadena, CA 91109Dr. Holly Han is a NASA Postdoctoral Fellow whose primary research interest lies in understanding interactions between ice sheet, solid Earth and sea level over a range of timescales. She explored the physical mechanism in the context of the Northern Hemispheric Ice Sheet evolution through the last glacial cycle during her Ph.D., and in the context of future Antarctic Ice Sheet evolution under different climate change scenarios during her postdoc at Los Alamos National Laboratory. At JPL, Holly will focus on understanding the ongoing solid Earth deformation in Greenland due to the past and current ice mass changes, a research topic that encompasses ice sheet and solid Earth dynamics from past to present and incorporating a variety of observation data and modeling tools. Other than doing science, Holly loves exploring cafes with good vibes and coffee, going to the gym, playing soccer, training taekwondo, writing, and exploring nature and the world in any possible form.
