Biography

Ovidiu is a JPL Postdoctoral Fellow working on estimating carbon fluxes in tropical forests. His research aims to propose new perspectives on the spatial and temporal dynamics of tropical forests using remotely sensed data and machine learning. His work at JPL is focused on airborne and spaceborne lidar measurements of forest structure.
