 Stratosphere And Upper Troposphere: Projects

A-SMLS (The Airborne Scanning Microwave Limb Sounder)

A-SMLS uses new submillimeter receiver and spectrometer technology to make wide-swath measurements of the composition of Earth's upper troposphere and lower stratosphere from a high altitude aircraft (e.g., NASA's WB-57 and ER-2).
