Cédric joined the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in 2014 as a Scientist. He was co-founder and inaugural Group Supervisor for JPL’s Water & Ecosystems Group from 2018 to 2022, before re-focusing his professional activities in support of upcoming space missions.

Cédric is interested in the observation, simulation and assimilation of the Earth water cycle at continental to global scale with focus on river fluxes and stores within large networks. His areas of expertise include Hydrologic Modeling, Satellite Sampling, Data Assimilation, High-Performance Scientific Computing, Open-Source Programming, Open Scholarship, and Geographic Information Systems.
