Biography

Jeffrey joined JPL as a postdoctoral researcher in 2023. His research spans a range of topics in the field of computational hydrology, including groundwater-surface water interactions, river temperatures, heat transport modeling, and wetland policy. At Syracuse University, Jeffrey’s dissertation research focused on developing machine learning and physics-based models of river water temperatures at the continental scale. Before joining JPL, he also worked for several U.S. agencies, including the U.S. Geological Survey and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
