Research Interests
Developing the forward models for the Upper Atmospheric Research Satellite (UARS) Microwave Limb Sounder (MLS), the Earth Observing System (EOS) Aura satellite MLS and potential future MLS experiments.
Discovering new data products (examples from UARS MLS are sulfur dioxide from the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, nitric acid, and upper tropospheric/lower stratospheric water vapor).
Scientific analysis of MLS data to forward our understanding of climate change.
Collaborate with the international scientific community using MLS data.
